Cancellation Notices
Written cancellation requests should be sent to welcome@brilliant-grid.one with account or invoice identifiers. We confirm receipt within three Korean business days and outline any final deliverables or sessions already scheduled. Verbal cancellations should be followed in writing to avoid ambiguity. Enterprise clients with purchase orders should copy their procurement contact on notices.
Cooling-off and Refund Windows
Where statutory cooling-off rights apply to consumers in the Republic of Korea, eligible clients may withdraw within seven days of contracting unless services have commenced with explicit prior consent. Business-to-business agreements follow the cancellation windows stated in the applicable order form, typically requiring thirty days notice before the next billing cycle for subscription-style engagements. Workshop seats cancelled more than fourteen days before the event may receive a credit; later cancellations may forfeit fees to cover reserved facilitation time.
Refund Process and Timing
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where technically feasible within ten Korean business days of approval. Bank transfers may require additional banking details and compliance checks. Credits may be offered in lieu of cash refunds when clients prefer to apply balances to a future engagement. Partial refunds, when applicable, are calculated pro-rata against unused advisory hours documented in the engagement record.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to fees paid directly to Northstar Fractional CIO for advisory subscriptions, workshops, and related services booked through official channels. Third-party event venues, travel vendors, or software licenses procured on behalf of clients are governed by their respective terms. Taxes, wire fees, or currency conversion differences charged by financial institutions are generally non-refundable.
Eligibility and Partial Performance
If services have partially been delivered with client approval of milestones, refunds may exclude portions corresponding to completed work documented in written summaries. No refund is available for breaches caused by abusive conduct, repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice, or misuse of confidential materials. Clients remain responsible for fees for no-shows beyond agreed thresholds.
